1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery Time & Fees

We automatically select the optimal shipping method based on your destination (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local couriers).

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days (Free)
  • Express Shipping: 4–8 business days (additional charges based on carrier rates)

3. Does Gadgiox Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries and regions around the world.

4. Will Multiple Items Arrive Together?

We do our best to deliver items from the same order together. However, some items may ship separately due to different logistics arrangements. You will receive a notification email each time an item is shipped.

5. Can I Change My Shipping Address After the Order Is Shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If you need to modify the address, please cancel your order within 120 minutes and place a new one.

Note:

  • Canceling an order after 2 hours may incur return shipping fees.
  • If a parcel is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting losses.
